What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
This site uses the default WordPress commenting process. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact form & Email Opt-In form
If you use the contact form, you are giving consent for the information you enter to be shared. You will not be added to the mailing list. Note that email is not encrypted and therefore is not completely secure. Do not send private health information via the contact form. Sending an email through the contact form does not constitute a professional relationship and this RD is not obligated to treat your health condition or even to reply if the email does not seem appropriate according to her personal and professional judgement.
The mailing list service provider is MailerLite. You will only be added if you fill out the sign up form and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Emails received through the contact form are either deleted immediately (if no reply is needed) or up to 6 months after the last email was received if a conversation ensued.
If you signed up for the newsletter or a waitlist (managed through MailerLite, you data is held by them through my account. When you are unsubscribed, you data is moved within the system. At the end of each calendar year (if not sooner), this data will be erased (forgotten).
