One of the worst things about inflammatory arthritis is that you can’t fully predict how you will feel on any particular day. A flare can strike at any time.

I remember back in 2018, going to my nurse practitioner and telling her that my flares only last 2 weeks, so this one should be ending any day now. The next week, I said the same thing. And again the following week… Spoiler alert: I needed a new medication for my psoriatic arthritis.

All the “what to eat” lists are different. Each book has a different solution to sell you. Take this supplement. Go sugar-free. Dairy-free. Gluten-free. Cut out every food you enjoy. Use this lotion. Just push through it and stay active. Lose weight. On and on it goes. Add to that the fact that “inflammation” is a buzzword online, and you end up with a whole lot of weird information.

Introducing the Anti-Inflammatory Life Group Coaching Program
The coaching program is delivered through a weekly live group meeting (hosted through Zoom) for 10 weeks. During these meetings, there will be a combination of teaching, small group discussions, and Q&A.
In between the sessions, you’ll also have access to a secure community where you can continue the small group discussions, get accountability or feedback, share wins and challenges, and ask questions. You’ll have access to this community included for 6 months.
