Are you sick of restrictive diets that claim to lower your inflammation but just make you miserable?
You deserve to feel strong and energized.
You deserve to take care of yourself.
You deserve to enjoy your food, movement, and life.
The worst thing about chronic pain & fatigue…
Is that you can’t predict when a flare is going to strike.
Whether you get the full-body pain that leaves you unable to do anything but lay on the couch, or the more insidious aches and fatigue that makes it feel as though you’ve got weights strapped to your arms and legs, flares suck.
Flares strike with little warning and often for no reason whatsoever. It’s emotionally draining. Just when you think you’ve mapped out the pattern, things change.
I remember back in 2018, going to my nurse practitioner and telling her that my flares only last 2 weeks, so this one should be ending any day now…
The next week, I said the same thing. And again the following week…
Spoiler alert: The flare did not go away on it’s own!
So what do you do?
It often feels like there is nothing that we can do. But you refuse to give in to that feeling, and you’re left wandering the internet (or bookstore) becoming more and more confused.
All the “what to eat” lists are different. Each book has a different solution to sell you. Take this supplement. Go sugar-free. Dairy-free. Gluten-free. Cut out every food you enjoy. Use this lotion. Just push through it and stay active. Lose weight. On and on it goes. Add to that the fact that “inflammation” is a buzzword online, and you end up with a whole lot of weird information.
You know that what you do has the power to make you feel better, but you don’t know how to put all the puzzle pieces together.
Are you ready to make a change?
Imagine being able to know how to take care of yourself on the bad days so that you can recover from the flare easier.
Imagine finally feeling like you are in a place where you can live your life without arthritis holding you back. You can go on that road trip to visit family. You can fly to DisneyWorld and actually enjoy it. Your day-to-day life can be filled with nourishing routines and rituals.
You are in the right place if:
–> You feel overwhelmed by all the info online
–> You feel frustrated by endless, contracting lists of rules
–> You are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
–> You want to reconnect with your body in a positive way.
–> You are ready to take action and invest in your health!!
3-Month Intensive Program
Please note that while my group program or course can be taken by anyone, individual coaching is only available in Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. If you live elsewhere, fill out this form to request more information: https://l.bttr.to/EABfR.
Over the next 3 months, we will work together every week to build up the PRIME habits that help you manage the pain and fatigue that comes with inflammatory arthritis.
Planning ◦ Recovery ◦ Intuition ◦ Mindset ◦ Eating
Planning is the unsexy backbone of our ability to accomplish our goals.
We will work together to plan habits and routines that build in flexibility so they account for arthritis and actually work with your life.
Flares will come and go; when you have the tools to take care of yourself during a flare, you can bounce back easier after it ends.
Rebuild trust with that inner voice that gently tells you when to move, when to rest, when to eat, and what you need so you can stop relying on one-size-fits-all plans that don’t fit anyone.
Chronic pain and fatigue take their toll.
You will learn mindset tools to help manage the mental and emotional impact of arthritis and know when you need more help.
You will gain the confidence to cut through the BS and discover what foods help your body to function at its best.
How does it work?
We will meet either 2 or 4 times per month (so every week or every other week) depending on your schedule and preference. We’ll work together to set goals and take meaning action so you can take care of yourself.
4 live video calls per month
2 live calls per month
Once you are ready, we then put you in maintenance mode. You continue to have access to all the tools you used during our coaching and we have a monthly 30 minute call. This allows you to continue to set aside time each month to reflect on your lifestyle, habits, health and energy, giving you the ability to more quickly respond to changes. We can move up and down the scale as needed, depending on what is going on in your life.
What’s the next step?
Schedule a FREE 30-minute call to see if we are a good fit to work together!
I am looking forward to chatting with you!
Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the coaching take place?
From the comfort of your own house! All my services are virtual – from my home office to your home, provided that you live in one of the following provinces or territories:
– Nova Scotia
– Newfoundland and Labrador
– Northwest Territories
This is due to provincial regulations. I am registered in Ontario and some provinces do not allow dietitians to provide virtual services within their borders. However, I am looking to expand the locations where I offer services. If you would like to have me as your dietitian, fill out this form to request more information: https://l.bttr.to/EABfR.
Do I have to download anything?
No. There is an app that you can download to your phone and use if you want to. However, everything can be done from your internet browser. You’ll need to have decent internet, however, because our meetings will be by video chat.
What if something comes up and I have to cancel?
You can check out my cancellation policy as a part of the payments and refund policy.
I’m not sure if I’m ready to book an appointment.
If you have read all the way to this point, you might be more ready than you think. The first step would be to book a free 30 minute discovery call to get to know one another. You’ll share your goals and I’ll let you know how I can help you specifically.
I also know that not everyone is at the point mentally or physically to make a change. You might be at the stage where all you can handle is the Bare Minimum. If that’s the case for you, enter your email at the bottom of the page to receive an eBook to help you exactly where you are right now.
